Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you all the details, including the location of our meeting point at the port of Santa Eulalia & Ibiza.

On the day of your rental:
✔ We will meet at the agreed time, either at our office or directly at the boat’s mooring, to complete the rental agreement and payment.
✔ If required, we will collect the security deposit (only for inflatables without a skipper).
✔ One of our team members will walk you through the boat’s key features, safety measures, and navigation guidelines.

Before departure, we’ll assist you with loading your personal belongings, drinks, and extras, ensuring you have everything you need for an amazing day at sea.

• Rental Duration: Standard rentals are for 8 hours, and the boat must be returned by 19:00.
• Fuel: Fuel is not included in the rental price and must be refilled before returning the boat. Our team will be there to assist with docking and refueling.
• Extra Time Option: If you wish to extend your trip for an extra hour or a sunset session, the boat will return directly to the mooring, and we will handle refueling the next day, deducting the cost from your deposit.

After your trip, we will conduct a quick inspection of the boat, and the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours, provided everything is in order.

3️⃣ Confirm Availability – We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm that your preferred date and boat are available.
4️⃣ Secure Your Booking – To confirm your rental, a 50% deposit is required. Once received, we will send you a booking confirmation with all necessary details.

We understand that plans may change, so here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• Rescheduling: If you need to change your booking date, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
• Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather, you can either reschedule or request a full refund.
• Cancellations:
  • Standard Cancellation: If you cancel at least 15 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.
  • High Season Policy: For cancellations during the high season, we require at least 7 days’ notice.
  • Late Cancellations: If the cancellation is made after the deadline, the deposit will be non-refundable.
